NCJA Institution Registration

The 2024-25 annual registration is now open

$65 - Institutions that register before December 31
-
$75 - Institutions that register after January 1
-
$100 - Institutions that register at the NCJA Championships
Only registered NCJA teams have voting privileges and are eligible for the NCJA team points, team/individual awards and discounts.

NCJA Regional Championships
The National Collegiate Judo Association teams host regional championships in the months of January and February.
NCJA Regional Host
-
Must be a NCJA Registered team
-
Must have a USA Judo sanction
​
NCJA Championships $50 discount
-
Regional Novice and Standard Division Gold Medalist must be from a NCJA Registered team
-
Must be a USA Judo member
-
Must compete in the same division at the NCJA Championships (90 kg at the Regional and 90 kg at the NCJA Championships). If the athlete competes in a different division at the NCJA Championships, they are not eligible for the $50 discount.

USA Judo Senior National Complimentary Entry requirements
-
NCJA Championships Standard and Novice Gold medalist must be from a NCJA Registered Team
-
Must be a USA Judo member
-
Entry form MUST be mailed to USA Judo and be postmarked by the designated 1st deadline to receive the complimentary entry
-
Must compete in the same division at the USA Judo Championships (90 kg at the NCJA Championships and 90 kg at the Senior National Championships). If the athlete competes in a different division at the USA Senior Nationals, they are not eligible for the complimentary entry.
